My name is Jeff Folks, I am a new real estate broker, but I am not new to real estate.  I have been mentoring with my wife, Rhonda Folks for over the past 7 years.  I have fallen in love with helping people in all areas of real estate and property management.  I am known in the area as Mr. Jeff as I work for Franklin County as a bus driver and in child nutrition.  My pass time was developing and now running Franklin County Christian Sports a local community youth basketball league.
